Milano week was all about the leather.
Following the darkest trends for 2017 even Antonio Marras did not resist to indulge his collection with a classic crocodile skin. Included in very highlighted garments from belts to an entire outfit, leather was the main character material of the event.
This exquisite material was seen at the event in more than just accessories. And this year with a more inspirational coloring palette. Back were the days of black leather only. This year’s goal was to get set on creativity and joy.
Others, like Moschino and Phillipp Plein decided to go “all in” with leather for their runways. There was definitely a sense of power and fearless beauty in the room every time this material was used, specially on women.
